My name is Helen and I am the Nursery Manager at The Old School House at Aldridge.
I began my journey with The Old School House here in July 2025 and have been working within the Childcare Sector for 16 years so bring a wealth of experience with me.
I enjoy focussing on Quality and Teaching and ensuring the children enjoy exploring the world around them through their curiosity.
I am also a mommy of 1 and enjoy sharing a nursery experience alongside him. I look forward to supporting the TOSH Aldridge team grow and develop and exceed in Childcare.
Hi, my name is Siobhan, and I am the deputy manager at Aldridge. I have over 15 years' experience working in childcare.
I started my career in childcare as an apprentice and have worked my way up to management. I thoroughly enjoy being a part of a child's development and navigating the world around them. I enjoy supporting children and their families along their journey in the setting.
My passion in childcare is to ensure that each child feels valued, nurtured and are happy within their environment.
