Our dedicated team of managers and directors provide the skills and knowledge, as well as an unique environment, to fuel an exciting environment for both children and practitioners.
We value our practitioners ideas and perspectives, and want to ensure our practitioners confident in their abilities through regular support and training. We understand it can be hard to find exactly what you're looking for in a career, to support that for new and existing employees, we provide a range of different and exciting opportunities for everyone!

How do I apply for a role at The Old School House Nurseries?

You can find us on platforms such as Indeed, where we advertise our current roles and vacancies, alternatively you can email a copy of our CV and cover letter to our nurseries direct, expressing your interest in our vacancies.

Should we have a role suitable for you at the time, a member of our management team will reach out to you via telephone or email to arrange an interview with yourself at one of our nurseries. At The Old School House Nurseries, we want to make your interview as fun as possible, we shall invite you along to a face to face interview, you will be asked a series of questions in relation to your experience and knowledge of the early years industry. Our management team will also invite you to join them in the nursery, where you will be supervised by our managers during a short 'Stay and Play' session with our children and our team to see you in action!
